Route One Recruitment is working exclusively with a national IT Solutions provider who are looking to recruit a full time, permanent Sales Support Executive / Customer Service Administrator for their head office in Nottingham.
Our client is rapidly expanding and is one of Nottingham’s largest employers. Due to their professional standards, all of their customer service staff must provide excellent levels of customer service at all times.
To be considered for this role it is essential you have a proven background in customer service / sales support – within any industry will be considered. The role will involve dealing with inbound calls, email queries, data entry, order processing, directing emails etc. – this is a non-technical position.

In return, our client is looking to offer a basic salary of £14/15k with performance related bonuses of around £2/3k per year as well as on going training and support.
